Our goal is to increase awareness about cyber safety. But I have tried purchasing the one plan that Norton offered for Comcast customers that also offered Lifelock in the service.

But each time I fill out the information I always get a message "issue with your order, can't be completed, please contact Customer service. Do that, no help there. Card is not charged. The Comcast antivirus plans are still active and since one of the plans showing active was a AV version I can't purchase just the Norton deluxe offer for Comcast customers because of that.

Starting to wonder if that is the issue with the other plan that has Lifelock included. Should be able to have a message on the order screen about that since they are one company and I have the same e-mail address for both services. Let's see if our resident Comcast guru yank can shed some light on your options. I am working on getting it straightened out since I am having had the same situation.

Starting to think the overall issue for me is that I am still showing Norton from Xfinity has active in my Norton Account. Even though I uninstalled that when they upgraded to Norton Security Online. I still can not download windows I reserved my upgrade 2 weeks ago but still anything. Today,I tried some methods from the internet and something new happed. Now ,it shows an issue about the windows upgrade -Issues reuire attention-.

When i click "View report" it says the messange "The app developers haven't made these apps conpatible with windows 10,so they won't work. Check with the developers for support" and then Norton Antivirus. I unistalled the antivirus hoping that Windows 10 update will start,but nothing,the same problem. I really need some help with windows 10 update. I tried a lot of methods to solve this problem ,but nothing. PS: Also,I don't really know if this is the real problem because of which Windonws doesn't start the download process.
