I have been in customer service for 25 years and no other company I have worked for knows how to motivate their staff, how to have fun and how to succeed the way this company does. Whether you are in the office or working from home, the managers care and are always there to offer support. Truly a great place to work!! Lack of advancement and forced to work a lot of weekends and after hours to complete installations and wiring.

Management plays favorites and pushes others to pick up slack. Bonus plan is a joke for the amount of work you do only for management to keep all the money at the top. Cons On-call for weekend and only get paid 4 hours.
